The Ohio Benefit Bank will hold a free tax clinic, February 23 and March 9 at the Claymont Public Library at 215 E. 3rd St., Uhrichsville, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  The service is provided for any household making less than $54,000 a year.

Completed tax forms are E-filed for free, and refunds can be direct deposited in order to obtain reimbursement promptly.  The Ohio Benefit Bank will determine tax credits a person can claim, including the Earned Income Credit and the Child Tax Credit.

Clients will need to bring:

• Income forms (W-2's, 1099s, etc)
• Social Security Numbers for self, spouse and dependents
• Birth dates for self, spouse and dependents
• Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit
• Last year's tax return
• Expense record (1098 Forms, charitable contributions)
• Child Care providers EIN or SSN
• Last year's Ohio Benefit Bank login and password
